Beauty and the Beast has always been a favorite Disney movie, so I thought I know what I was getting into with this book. But this 100% did not follow it like I planned, and kept me up reading late into the night with all kinds of twists and turns. I highly recommend it to anyone who loves minimal romance, Disney-like books, and enjoys reading, and enjoys reading.
I enjoyed it myself, a good fun, clean read. I bought a copy for my girls for Christmas and both girls loved it. A first novel for the author and I can't wait to read her future novels.
Cute! I love how safe, clean and overall how the story reads! The author uses great descriptive language that really engaged me. New words to look up are always a plus! Each character was great! I, of course, LOVED Isabellas spunk and sassiness, but HATED the evil character that makes all our skin crawl. Won’t give away the ending, y’all have to read that yourself.
This is a fun read with a confident heroine who manages to change her entire society just by knowing who she is and taking things one step at a time. Loved it!
